Dear Community Members,
Today we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating Giving Tuesday. This particular day provides an opportunity for our community to unite through the power of generosity.
On behalf of the Smart Start of Mecklenburg County team, we are incredibly grateful for those who have supported our overarching goal of helping children turn five ready to thrive. Providing opportunities for our community's youngest children to flourish is always a top priority for us. Your support has allowed us to continue investments in community initiatives that address health, early care and education, literacy, and family support for children ages birth to five.
Smart Start is an investor, innovator, and convener in our County's early childhood environment. As a leader in this space, we understand that authentic leadership encourages effective partnerships and collaborations. The work performed daily by Smart Start and our partner agencies impacts over 85,000 children in our community. The advances and opportunities obtained through our collaborative efforts are not possible without the generosity of our funders and friends.
