Location

Children & Family Services Center - Smart Start of Mecklenburg County is located in The Children and Family Services building, in uptown Charlotte, on the corner of Fifth and Davidson Streets.

 

Parking

Our parking lot is adjacent to the building. You may obtain a parking access token from the security officer at the main lobby desk. However, be advised that this parking lot is often full and you may need to park at a metered spot nearby on the street. The cost of metered parking is $0.25 per 15 minutes.

There is another parking lot diagonally across from our building, in front of the Coliseum and the AT&T building beside us. Whenever that parking lot is not closed for a Coliseum event, parking is available there for $10 per day.
