Through a partnership between MECK Pre-K and Smart Start of Mecklenburg County, Guiding Parents to Services (GPS) provides families an overview of their options for gaining additional services for children who may have developmental delays.
Each session, one hour in length, will provide an overview of your child's rights for education services and the process in Mecklenburg County for obtaining services, with an opportunity to have your questions answered.
