APPLICATION OPTIONS

KEY DATES FOR FUNDING APPLICATION

  • February 1 - Grant Portal Opens at 7:00 am
  • February 11 - Drop-In Session #1 for Grant Support at 10:00 am   
  • February 25 - Drop-In Session #2 for Grant Support at 9:00 am 
  • February 28 - Grant Portal Closes at 5:00 pm
  • March - Review teams meet and evaluate applications (applicants may be asked for additional information)
  • April - Community Investment Committee makes funding recommendations to the Board; Board reviews and approves requests for funding. NCPC makes final approval and applicants are notified of funding decisions

APPLICATION SUPPLEMENTS YOU'LL NEED TO COMPLETE

Application Supplements that you'll need to complete:
For Activities that used line 35 on Budget Worksheet, please attach:Additionally, you will be asked to upload copies of the following:
  • W-9 Form
  • List of Board of Directors 
  • Latest Audited Financial Statement 
  • IRS Tax Exempt Letter (501c3 Organizations)
For activities applying as a five-star facility
  • Attach one copy of license
