- March - Review Teams meet and evaluate applications (applicants may be asked for additional information)
- April - Community Investment Committee Makes Funding Recommendations to Board, ​Board Reviews and Approves Requests for Funding
- May - NCPC makes final approval, Applicants notified of funding decisions
