Community Education & Outreach
Educates the community about Smart Start funded programs through traditional and digital publications, public relations, advocacy, community fairs, and collaborations with other agencies. This program is also responsible for Smart Start’s website, various online directories, links, social media and promotes events.
If you live or work inside Mecklenburg County of North Carolina and would like to request free copies of our print publications, you may do so through our Publications Request Form.
Sign-Up for our monthly e-Starting Line newsletter. It’s a monthly publication and will be delivered via Constant Contact. If your company has strict firewalls and security features, you may want to sign up with a private email.
